Seeking an experienced professional to join our team for a Dental Assistant. This job requires a bubbly personality, ability to stay on task and focused. You must have dental assisting experience and a FL EDDA for this position. Must be proficient in use of ITERO intraoral scanner, temporary fabrication, taking digital x-rays, including Panorex, taking intraoral photos, Invisalign, ZOOM whitening, alginate impressions, and all other skills as licensed to do under FL EDA as well as good communication skills and a team player. This position may involve both front desk duties and dental assisting duties. It will involve discussing treatment with patients and calling patient for scheduling treatment and recall. You must have the ability to build rapport with patients and proficient with phone and computer use. Must be comfortable calling patients to schedule appointments, discussing treatment with patients, collecting payments. Position involves dental assistanting, working recall, verifying insurance benefits, writing up notes in chart and any other duties involved in the day to day operations of the dental practice. Strong organizational skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Great listener with customer first attitude. MUST have at least 1 year of dental assisting and front desk experience.
