Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Newport Beach, CA
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our high tech dental office. We will give you the opportunity to train in the latest technology in 3D printing and CAD/CAM used in dentistry. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, taking dental x-rays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. ```Responsibilities:``` - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take dental x-rays - Record patient medical history and vital signs - Provide post-operative instructions to patients ```Requirements:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Current CPR certification - Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to privacy policies - Familiarity with dental anatomy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated individual with a passion for dentistry and providing exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
