***** BONUS INCENTIVE IN ADDITION TO HOURLY RATE ****** We are seeking a skilled, Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for a full time position. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45 am-5 pm. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in infection control, and general dentistry practices. Experience with medical records, Eaglesoft, dental clinic operations, and aseptic techniques is highly desirable. Duties - Perform dental hygiene procedures following the dentist's guidance - Conduct oral health assessments and create treatment plans - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Take dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems - Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Experience - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State of Iowa licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in using dental software - Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures - Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care - Prior experience working in a dental clinic is preferred Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to providing quality dental care to our patients.
