Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist in creating a comfortable, positive patient experience Maintain compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily operations Manage appointment flow efficiently while maintaining quality patient care Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Be adaptable and mindful of the practice’s daily needs, including assisting the team when needed to support overall office success Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Participate in continuing education and growth opportunities to support clinical excellence Help contribute to a supportive and uplifting workplace culture Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Friendly, professional, and compassionate chairside manner Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality patient care Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and remain mindful of the needs of the practice and team Experience with periodontal therapy, digital radiographs, and electronic charting preferred Experience with Dentrix software preferred Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and patient-centered care Pay: $41.00 - $43.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Work Location: In person
