Dental Assistant â Modern Private Dental Office (Wesley Chapel) Diamond Smiles Dentistry is a brand-new privately owned dental office opening soon in Wesley Chapel, and weâre looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern private practice from the beginning and grow alongside the office long-term. We are not a corporate dental office. Responsibilities Chairside assisting Taking digital X-rays Sterilization and operatory setup Assisting with patient flow Helping create an excellent patient experience Supporting team operations when needed Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Private practice experience preferred X-ray certification required Strong communication and organizational skills PPO office experience is a plus Experience with modern dental software is a plus (we use Archy, which is very user-friendly) Compensation $20â28/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
