Outgoing and friendly Part Time Dental Assistant wanted to join our highly positive dental team. We are a well-established, one doctor private practice, in a beautiful office with state of the art equipment including digital radio-graphs, intra-oral camera, 3D printers, CBCT, iTero Lumina scanner and Dentrix software. We are looking for an experienced, mature and skilled team player to help us care for our wonderful patients. The right candidate will have the following attributes: Fabulous communication skills must be a "people" person A Positive work ethic Detail Oriented A Great Attitude A Motivated Self-Starter â great initiative A Dedicated Worker and Team Player Dental Assistant Duties & Responsibilities Welcome patients and seat them for treatment Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed for the procedure Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Take x-rays Provide post-operative care instructions Keep the operatories clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records Schedule: 2-3 days a week, up to 30 hours.
