Responsibilities:  Provide exceptional hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planning  Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health and hygiene practices  Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories, and review current health status  Assist with developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist  Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their visit  Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with office protocols  Uphold the office’s standards of cleanliness, infection control, and sterilization procedures  Stay current with dental best practices and advancements in hygiene technology  Preventative dentistry as well as sealants and desensitizer, soft tissue medicaments, periodontal therapy, lasers, etc. Qualifications:  Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a valid license to practice  New Grads Welcome!  A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care  Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment  Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
