Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry. Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient comfort and efficiency during procedures. Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety protocols within the clinic. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental fabrication techniques. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practice for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental management software is preferred. Experience with dental extractions, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge related to dentistry. Ability to perform procedures with precision while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
