WE ARE OFFERING PRODUCTION PAY (% varies on amount of production) Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize advanced dental software systems like open dental to document patient records accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Conduct patient consultations to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions clearly and professionally. Execute aseptic techniques during procedures to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infection. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation standards to provide high-quality patient care consistently. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current certification in general dentistry. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment. Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, including pediatrics-specific procedures and patient management strategies. Proficiency in performing dental fabrication tasks such as crowns or bridges when necessary. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery confidently. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate service. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health and the use of medical records for documentation purposes.
