Dentist - Provider Solutions & Development - Santa Rosa, CA

Providence Dental Clinic is seeking a full-time Dentist to join an established, community-based dental program in Santa Rosa, California. This role is ideal for an experienced dentist with a passion for serving pediatric and underserved populations in a mission-driven clinical setting. The clinic provides more than 8,000 patient visits annually, with care focused primarily on children ages 0 to 20, including an intentional emphasis on children ages 0 to 5, and patients with special needs and pregnant women. While the majority of care is pediatric, limited adult treatment is provided for emergency needs. The program supports access to dental care through a mobile dental initiative serving high-need sites throughout Sonoma County, including elementary schools. This dual clinic/mobile model allows providers to reach patients who may otherwise face significant barriers to care. Position Details: Full-time position in a community dental clinic setting Monday to Friday schedule; typical hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Strong pediatric patient focus Approximately 25 to 30 patients per day in the clinic Participation in the mobile dental program on a rotating basis Mobile clinic schedule averages 24 to 26 patients per day Mobile services include exams, cleanings, x-rays, and simple extractions 2 mobile dental units serving high-need sites across Sonoma County Opportunity for future clinical or program leadership involvement Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $177,763 and $245,351 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
