Registered Dental Hygienist - Dr Zachary S Walker DDS - Kernersville, NC

Our privately owned general dentistry practice in Kernersville is seeking a full-time hygienist to add to our team. We are a comprehensive private practice out of network with all insurances, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent quality and service for our patients. We have a diverse patient population in our one-doctor, two-hygienist practice that has been proudly serving the community for over 35 years. Benefits available for employees: Monday-Thursday work week, no Fridays or weekends ever. We are open 180 days of the year and take 4 full weeks off every year. Competitive pay and PTO system ensures that you get the same dependable compensation over office closures for holidays and breaks. Bonus system based on quarterly production. Health insurance covered at 100% for employees, with an option to add dependents. Dental care covered 100% except lab fees for employees and immediate family. 401k with 4% match, eligible after 1 year. Recare patients are scheduled for 60 minutes to ensure we have adequate time to address the patient's individual needs. New patients and two quadrants of scaling and root planing are scheduled for 90 minutes. We have digital radiograph sensors, a digital panoramic and cone beam machine, scanner, and fully digital patient records in Open Dental. We require the use of loupes, headlights, and encourage administering local anesthetic for those with the required training.
