Job Summary South Georgia Smiles is a brand-new pediatric dental office opening in Albany, GA, and we are looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. Our office is focused on creating a positive, welcoming, and patient-centered environment for children and families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, stays organized, and wants to grow with our practice. We are excited to build a strong, supportive team from the ground up as we prepare for our grand opening. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance and update patient information Collect patient paperwork and maintain records Collect payments and explain financial information when needed Support daily office flow and assist with administrative tasks Help create a positive and welcoming experience for children and families Maintain organization at the front desk and reception area Skills Dental or medical front desk experience preferred Experience with Denticon is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly and professional attitude Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable learning new systems and technology Reliable and punctual Passion for providing excellent patient care and service Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
