As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that continues to assist our clients in feeling like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures. The ideal candidate has had professional training from a certified school and/or previous experience as a Dental Assistant. Responsibilities Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have Take vital signs and accurately record medical history Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for all procedures Assist the dentist during all clinical procedures Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies Qualifications Current CPR certification Current Radiology certification Strong computer and data entry skills Familiar with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide high-quality patient care
