What You’ll Do As an Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll play a HUGE role in helping create amazing smiles and positive patient experiences every single day. Responsibilities include: Assisting the doctor during orthodontic procedures Taking digital scans, photos, and X-rays Preparing patients for treatment Educating patients and parents about treatment and oral hygiene Building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable and confident Helping maintain an efficient and positive clinical flow Collaborating with our incredible clinical and administrative team Bringing positive energy and teamwork to the office every day What We’re Looking For The perfect fit for our team is someone who: Has a positive, upbeat personality Loves working with people and kids Is dependable and consistent Learns quickly and adapts easily Has excellent time management skills Is a team player with a strong work ethic Takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience Experience Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred but NOT required If you have the personality, attitude, and work ethic, we can train you to become an amazing orthodontic assistant! Team members typically work in one office two days per week and the other office two days per week and then 1-2 scheduled hours on an admin day. Our offices are conveniently located about 15 minutes apart and utilize the same systems, technology, and workflows.
