Responsibilities Assist doctors during clinical and surgical procedures Guide patients through treatment with confidence and compassion Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Sterilization and infection control Take radiographs and assist with patient education On-call rotation Support IV sedation and rotating surgery days Collaborate closely with Champions, Ambassadors, and Visionaries Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Dental assisting experience required (2+ years) Dentrix preferred X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment IV sedation or surgical experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $23–$28/hour depending on experience Tiered bonus opportunities Consistent 3-day weekends most weeks Team outings and culture events Supportive leadership and growth opportunities A workplace where you are appreciated, valued, and empowered At Landmark Dental Studio… We believe culture matters.
