We’re looking for a motivated, confident Dental Hygienist who enjoys educating patients, identifying treatment opportunities, and helping the dentist stay productive. What You’ll Do Perform thorough hygiene appointments with excellent clinical care Identify restorative and periodontal needs and confidently communicate them to patients Educate patients on recommended treatment and value of care Partner with the dentist to keep the schedule productive Take accurate, diagnostic-quality X‑rays and intraoral photos Chart thoroughly and flag treatment opportunities Help drive practice growth through ethical case presentation What We’re Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) Confident communicator — comfortable discussing treatment and finances Not afraid to recommend needed dentistry or “find work” for the doctor Strong perio knowledge and willingness to diagnose and co-diagnose Team player with a growth mindset Professional, outgoing, and patient‑focused Proficiency with Eaglesoft for scheduling, documentation review, and record keeping.
