Job Overview: We are seeking a part time dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, responsible and outgoing. They will assist our dental professionals in providing quality care to our patients. Previous experience in dental assisting is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. 16-24 set hours per week, with additional hours possible depending upon our schedule. Our offices are located in both DeKalb and St. Charles, Illinois. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient procedures - Take dental x-rays and 3-D images - Maintain accurate patient records using PBS Enterprise and Schick software Salary based upon experience.
