This role is critical to our practice as we maintain a busy schedule while still making time to build meaningful relationships with our patients. About Our Office · General Dentistry · Preventative Dentistry · Cosmetic Dentistry · Limited Endodontics · Oral Surgery · Clear aligners · Digital X-rays · CBCT · 3D Printing · Chartless systems · Intraoral cameras · Digital scanners · Closed on weekends Position Responsibilities · Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures · Prepare treatment rooms and instruments · Take digital X-rays and assist with CBCT imaging · Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment · Chart treatment and maintain accurate records · Educate patients on treatment, oral hygiene, and post-operative instructions · Support efficient patient flow and schedule management · Build positive relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable · Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient care · Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications · Detail-oriented · Systematic and organized · Good with numbers · A team player · Honest and dependable · Kind, positive, and smiley · Well-spoken and professional · Focused on providing excellent patient care · Motivated to grow personally and professionally Compensation & Benefits · Base pay: $18â$26+ per hour based on experience, skills, and personal traits · 401(k) with up to 5% match · Paid time off (PTO) · Paid holidays · Profit sharing · Continuing education allowance · Business clothes allowance · Medical coverage · Short Term disability insurance · Dental benefits for employees and immediate family members Our Philosophy At Mashni Dentistry, we believe that each individual is of infinite worth and unlimited potential.
