What You’ll Do Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans Conducting patient screenings and documenting medical histories Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assisting doctors with diagnosis and treatment planning Maintaining accurate clinical notes in Open Dental Helping create a warm, welcoming patient experience Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Technology You’ll Use Digital X-rays Open Dental CEREC iTero Scanner What We’re Looking For Positive, optimistic, and friendly Team-oriented and supportive Detail-oriented and efficient Passionate about patient care Growth-minded and eager to improve Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Looking for a long-term home Qualifications: Active Dental Hygienist license (required) Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Experience with digital technology and modern software systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay negotiable based on experience Bonus system in place Paid Time Off after 1 year 401(k) after 1 year Work Location: In Person Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
