We are looking for someone who is: organized and detail-oriented confident speaking with patients reliable and professional able to multitask in a fast-paced environment comfortable discussing treatment and finances experienced with dental insurance and scheduling REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of DENTAL front desk experience (REQUIRED) Must already know Dentrix Must know insurance verification, eligibility, and insurance entry Must be comfortable answering multiple phone lines and handling scheduling Strong communication and computer skills required Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with patients of all backgrounds This is a long-term position with growth potential for the right person.
