Registered Dental Hygienist – Flexible Start (Temp-to-Perm Option) | Ravenswood, Chicago Juniper Dentistry is rebuilding our hygiene department the right way —clear systems, supportive doctor, and no chaos. We currently run two full hygiene columns and are looking for a hygienist who wants consistency, autonomy, and the ability to actually practice at a high level. What makes this different You won’t be rushed or double-booked into burnout Doctor exams are on time and clinically aligned We diagnose and treat periodontal disease appropriately (not “just prophies all day”) Front desk supports you—patients are scheduled and prepared If you’ve temped in offices where things feel disorganized or underdiagnosed, this will feel very different. The role 2–4 days/week (flexible) No nights or weekends Single column (option for assisted if preferred) 60-minute appointments (adjustable based on care type) Strong perio focus: D4346, SRP, and maintenance—not just prophy Compensation $55 - 60/hr base (based on experience) + Sign-on bonus (paid at 30/90 days).
