Serenity Smiles Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro! At Serenity Smiles Dental Care, we are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a calm and welcoming environment. We proudly serve patients of all backgrounds, including those with dental anxiety, Medicaid, and Medicare patients. Responsibilities: Perform coronal polishing under the supervision of the dentist. Assist with patient care and chairside procedures. Take digital radiographs. Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories. Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Assist with scheduling flow and maintaining clinical efficiency. Qualifications: Active Tennessee RDA license required. Coronal polishing certification required. X-ray certification preferred. Strong communication and patient rapport skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
