Responsibilities ● Provide warm, professional care to patients ● Perform preventive and non-surgical periodontal therapy ● Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care ● Take dental radiographs (X-rays) ● Maintain accurate clinical records ● Present treatment recommendations to patients ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories ● Perform sterilization and infection control procedures ● Maintain and clean personal workstation ● Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care ● Complete other assigned duties as needed Qualifications ● Genuine desire to help patients achieve excellent oral health ● Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and multitask ● Positive, supportive attitude toward patients and team members ● Thorough knowledge of dental procedures and instruments ● Certification or Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required) ● Tennessee Dental Hygiene License (Required) ● Local Anesthetic Permit (Preferred) Experience ● Minimum 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred ● Experience with dental office software preferred Benefits ● Paid Time Off ● 401(k) Matching ● No Weekends ● CE Allowance ● Uniform Allowance Job Details Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $40+ Schedule ● Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (flexible) ● 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ● No weekends Ability to Commute or Relocate Ooltewah, TN 37363: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.
