Dental Hygienist - Paradox Dental - Indianapolis, IN

Indy Southside (close to St Francis Hospital) fee for service, mature practice seeking a Dental Hygienist(s) for 1-3 days per week. General Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays 9-5, and Thursdays 8-5 with patients. Subbing is also welcome at a higher pay . 40 to 70 minutes per patient. Attributes encouraged are preparedness: we have a morning huddle 30 minutes before the first patient and there is time to review charts and ready your op for the day beforehand. Friendliness: one must be interested in building relationships not just building production. Being on time: you will have some flexibility in setting the time you need for each patient according to there needs as you make their next recare appointments. Having a sense of humor as well as exhibiting professionalism and caring not only for the patients but be willing to pitch in to get things accomplished throughout the office is key. I would prefer experience, however a new grad is a possibility. I appreciate your consideration.
