What Youâll Do Assist the orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures Take digital scans, X-rays, and photographs Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance instructions Build positive relationships with patients and families Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinical environment Work collaboratively with an upbeat and supportive team What Weâre Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills A genuine passion for working with patients of all ages Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus DANB X-Ray Certification required EFDAs encouraged to apply What We Offer Sign-on bonus up to $800 based on qualifications Competitive pay based on experience One convenient location â no travel required Full-time or Part-time positions Flexible scheduling â no evenings or weekends Dedicated weekly admin days Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Uniform allowance Positive, team-focused work environment with opportunities for growth About Us Led by Dr. Joseph G.
