Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Westchester Putnam Endodontics - Mount Kisco, NY

We are a busy, fast paced endodontic specialty office with multiple locations looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full time position averaging approximately 30–40 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask under pressure, and learns quickly in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Friendly and compassionate with patients A quick learner who can adapt easily Organized and detail oriented Comfortable answering phones and multitasking Able to remain calm and professional during busy times A team player with a positive attitude Strong in customer service and communication Responsibilities include: Answering and managing high volume phone calls Scheduling appointments and confirming patients Greeting and checking in patients Verifying insurance and reviewing patient information Communicating professionally with patients and referring offices Assisting with general front desk and administrative tasks Maintaining a smooth and welcoming patient experience Traveling between and occasionally covering different office locations as needed We are a multi location practice, so flexibility is important. Candidates must be comfortable occasionally covering different office locations when needed. Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
