Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Specialist to join our non insurance contracted dental team. Our current front office specialist will be retiring at the end of July and we are looking forward to finding our next team member to compliment our practice. Our office is known for providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable, home-like environment where kindness, empathy and genuine connection are at the heart of what we do. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and patient communication. Duties Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive first impression. Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Efficiently using dental practice management software, ideally Eaglesoft Answering phones and assisting patient with care and professionalism Verifying insurance and discussing financial arrangements Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting a smooth and efficient front office experience Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred with familiarity in dental terminology and dental insurance coding practices. Strong computer skills with proficiency in dental practice management software, specifically Eaglesoft Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail oriented Positive attitude with a compassionate approach to patient care Familiarity with insurance verification processes is preferred.
