We are a small dental office in UTC looking for a new team member. We are looking for a dental assistant. Previous dental office experience not necessary as we are willing to train. However, a history of previous work experience is required. What is most important to us is your interest, ability to learn, and your attitude. You will be the first person patients speak to on the phone or meet at our office. You have to be able to present yourself in a professional manner on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who is truly interested in interacting and helping people because we want you to be happy every day you come to work. You must be a quick learner and be very detail-oriented. Other important qualities include being responsible, punctual, dedicated, team worker, and having an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You will also be trained as a dental assistant to assist with treatment as needed. We are willing to fully train you to become a dental assistant and learn the front office. This is like going to dental assisting school and getting paid for it! You are also expected to assist with front of the office duties and will be trained. The hours are 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM with a one-hour lunch break. We expect you to be flexible to take a shorter lunch break if needed or stay longer if necessary (occasionally until 6:00 PM).
