Experienced Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Stevenson Dental Group We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our specialty dental practice. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about patient care. We value reliability, professionalism, and someone who takes initiative without being asked. DUTIES: Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures. Perform full-mouth X-rays (FMX), intraoral scanning, impressions, and CBC/T independently Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols Maintain accurate patient records using CareStack software Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Assist with scheduling and patient flow when needed Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience as a DA or RDA required DA certification or RDA license required Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Proficiency in CareStack or similar dental software is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Mandarin speaking is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities without supervision WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We want someone who walks into a room and sees what needs to be done — and does it.
