Job Summary We are looking for a DA/RDA to join our dental team. Your role will be to support the dentists by assisting during procedures, taking digital X-rays, coronal polishing, and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow. Your expertise in dental assisting, infection control, and patient communication will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for procedures Assist the dentist during various treatments by handing instruments, managing suction, and maintaining a clear operative field. Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to aseptic technique and radiation safety protocols Collect vital signs and medical history information from patients Having some familiarity on using Dentrix Educate patients on post-treatment care, dental terminology, and preventive practices to promote oral health Support infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, managing medical records, and ensuring a clean clinical environment Requirements Being an awesome team member Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients of all ages Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
