Overview: Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team in Medina, OH! We are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, delivers excellent patient care, and is passionate about helping create positive dental experiences. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities: Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day Qualifications: Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
