We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting an efficient and collaborative clinical environment. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who can inspire a team, work with our doctors, support and lead the practice's growth and be active in helping us find new ways to improve.
