Hereâs what matters most: Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented â our patients and team count on you Genuinely enjoys working with patients and takes pride in creating positive experiences Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured clinical environment Available to work 2 Saturdays per month (required â please confirm before applying) Motivated to learn, grow, and stay long-term â this is not a stepping stone role OAP certification preferred and required for the highest compensation level (but not required to start) Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $21â$30/hour - based on expertise, experience and OAP Permit according to Orthodontic Assistant Levels 1-4 (Example: Entry level without Orthodontic training (Level 1: $21-24/hr, 3+ years of experience + OAP (level 4): $27-30/hr).
