What We’re Looking For Strong focus on patient education, comfort, and long-term oral health Proficient in scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, prophylaxis, laser technology, digital xrays Confident, efficient, and detail-oriented clinician Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Required Qualifications Current California RDH license Laser Certified (not required) CPR certification Dental X-ray license Prior clinical experience as an RDH (open to New Graduates) Compensation & Benefits BOE Medical and dental benefits, profit sharing Stable schedule in a patient-centered practice that values quality over speed Four Hygiene Days are needed, however we're open to candidates with other available days.
