We are seeking individuals to join our team who have the following qualities: Prioritizes patient comfort and quality of care Quick learner Self starter, can work independently Positive attitude, energetic, friendly and growth-minded Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Punctual, dependable Organized, detail-oriented and proactive Good work ethic Ethical, high integrity Team-oriented and accountable EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years of experience working as an RDH REQUIRED Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED SCHEDULE: 3 - 4 days a week Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, 1-2 Saturdays/month (half day) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW: We have worked with our hygienists and assistants to determine the appointment lengths that work well for our office so we don't feel rushed and have enough time to render excellent care to our patients: Adult Recare appointments are 1 hour Pedo Recare appointments are 30-50 minutes New Patient Appointments are 90 minutes 2 Quads SRP are 90 minutes Your responsibilities would include the following: Provide high-quality hygiene care Chairside skills: Prophy, SRP, Laser Bacterial Reduction, Sealants, Intra-oral imaging, Xrays, Intraoral photos, Digital scanning (Itero), Curodont Patient education: oral hygiene instructions, co-diagnosis with doctors Help create an excellent patient experience Maintain efficient schedule flow Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and environment Hygiene reactivation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
