Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours): Mon - Fri 8am-5pm; Sat 8am-2pm Responsibilities: Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications: Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Preferred Qualifications: TX RDA Certification Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Bilingual - Fluent in both English & Spanish If you are an enthusiastic RDA looking to grow with a team that values patient care, collaboration, and professional development, we’d love to connect with you!
