Responsibilities Support dentists in patient care and procedures, including surgical extractions, full-mouth reconstruction, and Invisalign therapy Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (iTero) Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories, maintaining strict attention to detail and efficiency Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with impressions and restorative procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care with a focus on holistic health Provide seamless four-handed dentistry assistance across multiple operatories Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory and office environment Assist with front desk tasks as needed, including patient check-in and scheduling Exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, including hands-on experience with PRF therapy and willingness to take phlebotomy courses Ideal Candidate Qualifications Previous experience with: Digital X-rays Invisalign attachments Intraoral scanning (iTero) Impressions Assisting during surgical procedures Fabricating temporary crowns Comfortable working in multiple operatories and sterilizing instruments Team player with a positive, professional attitude Responsible and reliable, with strong character and a driven mindset Eager to learn and grow professionally, including advanced holistic dental treatments Technology & Modalities You’ll Work With CBCT imaging Fotona laser Ozone therapy Intraoral scanning (iTero) Digital treatment planning software Biologic and holistic dentistry protocols Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Free parking Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
