Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours): 7:45am - 5pm Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Update and maintain accurate patient records Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Qualifications: Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $22-24/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
