Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is currently hiring for a Full-Time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at our Orange Park location. Schedule: 4 days per week | Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM (36+ hours) We are looking for an experienced, dependable dental assistant who is confident managing a chair independently in a fast-paced pediatric environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with parents, and works well as part of a team. Qualifications: Expanded Functions certification preferred Previous pediatric dental experience is a plus Comfortable treating children of all ages, including special needs patients Strong communication and patient interaction skills Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy office Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment and next steps with parents Must be available to work the full scheduled hours listed above We offer competitive pay based on experience and a strong benefits package following the initial 90-day period.
