Dental Hygienist – Full Time – Hourly Wage $57 - $65 Negotiable A general dentist with advanced training in specialized procedures. Lexington, MN | Close to Blaine | 5 Minutes off I-35W We are seeking a friendly, caring, and professional Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team! Our office values patient relationships, teamwork, and providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Position Details Full-Time Schedule  Monday &Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM  Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM  Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Starting January 2027 Our office hours will transition to:  Monday – Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM  Wednesdays 7:30am – 4:00pm  Thursdays 7;30am – 2:30 Responsibilities  Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance  Take digital X-rays  Complete periodontal charting and oral health assessments  Assist the dentist during examinations as needed  Screen for signs of oral disease, decay, and abnormalities  Educate patients on oral health and preventive care  Complete charting and treatment notes  Work closely with the dentist and team to provide excellent patient care  Follow infection control and sterilization protocols  Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Minnesota Dental Regulations Qualifications  Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist license  Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program  CPR certification  Excellent communication and patient care skills  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset We Offer  Competitive hourly pay  Supportive team environment  Modern equipment and technology  Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships  No Fridays or weekends We are looking for someone who is dependable and compassionate about patient care and our team.
