Responsibilities Assist doctors chairside during general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Lead and support the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations Help train, coach, and onboard new dental assistants Maintain treatment room readiness and ensure proper sterilization protocols Take digital radiographs, impressions, and assist with patient education Monitor clinical workflows and help improve efficiency and patient experience Collaborate with front office and clinical team members to maintain a smooth schedule Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and practice standards Qualifications Required: Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong chairside assisting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred: Experience training or mentoring dental assistants Experience with Open Dental software Experience in a fast-paced general dental practice Why Join FLOSS?
