At Pediatric Smiles of Cypress, we are building a high-energy, patient-centered pediatric dental team — and we are looking for a standout Patient Care Coordinator who brings confidence, urgency, professionalism, and amazing communication skills to the front office. Responsibilities Maintain a productive and organized schedule Schedule new patients, treatment appointments, and recare visits Work unscheduled treatment and follow-up lists daily Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage confidently Communicate proactively with parents regarding appointments and financial expectations Help manage same-day scheduling opportunities Support a smooth, positive patient experience from check-in to check-out Assist with collections, deposits, and financial conversations when needed Work closely with clinical team to maintain excellent office flow Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has an OUTSTANDING phone personality and positive energy Is confident speaking with parents and patients Learns quickly and takes initiative Can multitask without losing attention to detail Is emotionally mature and solutions-focused Can self-manage without constant supervision Has strong communication and follow-through skills Understands urgency and ownership Preferred Qualifications Dental front office experience REQUIRED Pediatric dental experience preferred Cosmetic dental experience is a PLUS Insurance verification experience REQUIRED Open Dental experience preferred Treatment coordination or clinical background is a PLUS especially in cosmetic dentistry Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a PLUS but not required This Position Is NOT a Fit For Someone Who: Waits to be told what to do Struggles with follow-through Has low energy or poor phone skills Becomes overwhelmed easily Dislikes fast-paced environments Avoids communication or financial conversations Why Join Our Team?
