Dental Assistant - General & Orthodontic DeJesus Dental Group - Bridgeport Expand your skills in both general dentistry and orthodontics We're a busy, established dental group serving Bridgeport families for 30+ years. We need an experienced dental assistant to work with our general dentists 4 days per week and assist our orthodontist 1 day per week. What You'll Do: Chairside assisting for general dental procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) Orthodontic assisting one day weekly (wire changes, bracket adjustments, appliance work) Take dental impressions, x-rays, and photos Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Patient education and post-op instructions Support with digital x-rays, and CAD/CAM technology What We Need: Dental assisting experience (general dentistry) Some orthodontic experience preferred, (willing to train the right candidate) Current dental assistant certification, Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (we serve many Spanish-speaking families), Great attitude and problem-solving skills, Team player in a busy practice environment What We Offer: Competitive salary, Paid vacation Health benefits (if needed) , 401k with company match, Stable, growing practice, Opportunity to expand your orthodontic skills Ready to grow your career in a supportive team environment?
