Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Branford, CT
Admire Dental is seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Branford, CT. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Position Details: Part-time: 20â25 hours per week Compensation: $22â$27 per hour, based on experience Flexible scheduling may be available Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during dental procedures and treatments Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after procedures Set up trays and instruments for all types of dental procedures Sterilize and organize instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) Accurately chart treatments and update patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinical environment Support the team in creating a positive patient experience Qualifications: DANB Certified (required) Infection Control Certification (required) Radiography Certification (required) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of tray setup for a variety of dental procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting Experience with dental software Why Join Admire Dental?
