We are looking to add a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant to our team. We are a fast-paced office and the right candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, compassionate, and love what they do. No experience necessary; new grads are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside using four-handed dentistry Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take digital X-rays and intraoral images Take impressions and digital scans Fabricate provisional restorations Maintain accurate patient records (Eaglesoft) Track and manage lab cases Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized Provide patient education and post-op instructions Support hygienists and team as needed Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license Radiography certification CPR certification (or ability to obtain within one year) Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Positive attitude and team player Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Schedule & Benefits Part-time (16-28 hours per week) Flexible schedule No late evenings or weekends Supportive team environment Employee dental benefits available (per employee handbook) We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team long-term and takes pride in their work and patient care!
