Union Hill Dental is seeking to hire a front office coordinator. Our purpose is to deliver personalized dental care to the community through comfort, education and technology. We are a start up private office with a family setting. We are looking for a caring and confident person to handle front desk duties with the intent to become office manager over time. We treat patients of all ages but focus on cosmetics and implants. Our office is not a corporate office and does not have a revolving door of employees. We are a small office and looking to build a long term family. Duties will include but not limited to: Answering patient phone calls and following up with patients Scheduling patients into digital practice management software Treatment planning in digital practice management software Discuss treatment plans with patients and help make feasible financial arrangements Accepting payments and entering into practice management software Insurance billing and eligibility verification * This job is suited for an individual who is motivated and is a go-getter. We are looking for someone who shares our belief that dentistry can change lives .Salary will be based upon experience and large bonus incentives including profit sharing.
