Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations. Duties Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, prosthodontics, endodontics, implant restoration, and INVISALIGN dentistry, ensuring smooth workflow through four-handed dentistry techniques. Pack retraction cord Knowledge of implant restorations Take Itero intra oral scans for digital impressions Prepare temporary restorations ( crowns) Post op instructions In office teeth whitening Prepare treatment rooms with proper sterilization and aseptic techniques, maintaining strict infection control standards. Take and develop dental radiographs using Panoramic machine, digital sensors, Nomad Pro x-ray Hand Held X-Ray machine while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Manage electronic medical records Eaglesoft, to accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and medical histories. Monitor vital signs and assist in medical imaging procedures to support comprehensive patient assessments Maintain a thorough understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical coding to ensure precise documentation and communication within the team. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures. Prior hands-on experience with dental assisting tasks including chairside assisting and X-ray certification. Knowledge of EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft; experience with Epic or similar platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of infection control protocols, aseptic technique, and sterilization processes. Experience supporting pediatric patients is highly desirable; familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively using dental and medical terminology; comfort working with diverse patient populations including children. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Join us in delivering compassionate care with precision!
