Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including scaling, polishing, periodontal charting, and preventive treatments Take and evaluate vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Capture high-quality digital X-rays while prioritizing patient comfort and safety Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Review and maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Open Dental Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment Conduct patient assessments and document findings thoroughly to support ongoing treatment planning Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors Qualifications Active Dental Hygiene license in accordance with state regulations Experience in general dentistry required; implant or full-mouth restoration experience is a plus Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and periodontal care Experience with Open Dental Knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment Positive attitude with a passion for patient care and helping others smile confidently Why Join Brighter Smile Solutions?
