WHAT YOU'LL DO - Deliver thorough, high-quality hygiene appointments including SRP, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance - Conduct comprehensive assessments: full periodontal charting, radiographs, and oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on the oral-systemic connection and the value of preventive care in their overall health - Collaborate with Dr. Cappelli to identify and present cosmetic and restorative treatment opportunities - Build authentic, lasting relationships with patients — and be a trusted voice they look forward to seeing - Document all clinical findings accurately and efficiently in Dentrix - Participate in morning huddles and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Active RDH license in the State of New Jersey (required) - Current CPR / BLS certification - Experience in a cosmetic or fee-for-service dental environment preferred - Proficiency with Dentrix or willingness to learn quickly - A natural communicator — you know how to educate without overwhelming - Someone who takes ownership, shows up prepared, and cares about the outcome - A team player who lifts the culture of any room they walk into WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT This is not a revolving-door position.
