Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their insurance coverage, and handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Schedule appointments using dental practice management software Dentrix, ensuring optimal clinic flow Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance authorizations, and process claims Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries and routing calls appropriately Assist with billing procedures and collection of payments or co-pays Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with familiarity in dental terminology and clinic operations Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience working in a healthcare setting—dental clinic experience highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, medical records management, and office administration Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by providing outstanding front desk support.
